My didgeridoo music
Didgeridoo is quite possibly world’s oldest instrument. For over 40.000 years, well before people even learned how to stretch skins to make drums, Aborigines were blowing into termite hollowed branches, making sound to bring community together and communicate with spiritual realms through the trance like state they call Dreamtime. Didge’s sound vibration has been proved to induce Alpha/meditative state in humans and with prolonged exposure Theta state, or trance.
I’ve been fascinated by the range of sound and the expressive power that the didgeridoo carries. I have been practicing several hours a day on my own and also bringing my didge with me wherever I go
