We live in a cooperating Universe that’s rooted in well-being. The Universe responds to our energy vibration and to our preferences regarding conditions in our life. Through living contrasting experiences we constantly come to realizations and clarify what it is that we would like improved in our life. This is the basis for expansion of All. Most of the time the creation process happens by default without our active, conscious participation in it. We explore contrast, we birth new desire for an improved condition, the Universe moves in to fulfill that desire and expands. Often we do not follow our own expansion at first. We remain stuck in the “I don’t like this” part of creation. We become obsessed with things that are going wrong in our life, we keep talking about them and shining a spotlight on them. When we remain focused on those negative thoughts or experiences we simply can not receive benefits of our improved condition. The vibration of the problem and the vibration of the solution are polar opposites. By beating the drum of the contrast we focus more energy on it and make it bigger. As soon as we realize what it is we would like improved in our life, we need to put our undivided attention on that improvement to become a match to it and to experience it in our life.
